Good site and it shows how incredibly simple it is to fillet a fishy when you have a proper sharp knife.

My neighbor does a lot of sport bass fishing and once in a while hooks a trout. A few minutes later it's on the grill with a garlic/butter sauce and some sauteed onion and tomato. Yum!

Nice, I've got a mackerel for brekkie tomorrow so I'll be revisiting that.
