Greatest game ever coming to XBA

Duke 3D will be with us this year! I for one will be playing this non stop for the first fews days of release. Co-Op anyone?

Never played it, then again it's coming to live arcade no one else will either ;) Remember all the OMG sensible soccer. About 70 people from here on my FL and other than launch day I cannot remember seeing anyone play it.

The only good xbla titles are the new original ones, other than that people buy them realise they have just ruined their perfect memories and dont play it again :D

Duke was fun in 1996, probably not so much fun 12 years on.

I still play age of empires 2 at work on my laptop, I wouldn't buy it on xbox live though :p

XBLA is full of some of the greatest titles we all wanted on xbla. They asked which games we wanted, they gave them. We dont use them :D

Track and field
Worms
TMNT

All titles the public wanted and don't play.

I want chase HQ, but I know 20 seconds after playing it I'd think what is this ****. I used to pay money to play this crap :D
 
I quite liked that Poker smash that went up yesterday :p

Most of these re-released games I haven't bothered playing. I only bought Track and Field because my friend kept pestering me to get it, played it for 1 or 2 nights and it hasn't been touched again.

Done, dont know why that ntl account still works, I've move house twice since cancelling 3 years ago :confused:

On second thoughts I do have someone on my FL that regularly plays XBLA games Ceeg/Wrathamon. Then again he builds acorn electrons or some such old crap so he thinks frogger in 720p is mind blowing :D

While the world is waiting for a Blu Ray add on for the 360, Ceeg is hopefull a tape deck is coming. His is the quietest 360 there is, he doesn't even know it has a DVD drive ;)
 
I entered this thread expecting to be disappointed and was not!

This is possibly the best FPS ever. I really, really hope its the Atomic version with the extra 4th episode as that was the best one IMO! Duke Burger and the Theme Park were excellent!

You are right, sensi and speedball were both massive disapointments.

Duke swallowed evenings of my life for a few years, the first lan game i played, the first online game i played through wireplay, ill buy it, but its not going to be pretty.

It probably will be delayed anyway
 
Back in the day your loyalty was with either Duke 3D or Quake. There was no middle ground.. it was war! :D
