Anyone else looking forward to this ? It releases in just over two weeks. I enjoyed the first game, so looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

Alarm bells are ringing for me.

First, it's launching in early access.

Second, less than a month out from early access launch, half of the studio's staff signed an open letter to the management and threatened strike action. The detail of the letter doesn't exactly instill confidence in Greedfall 2.

I hope it's as good as, or better than, the first game. But I can't say that I'm feeling confident. If it doesn't sell well as an early access title, will they even finish the game?

First one was a janky game but was also quite good, this one has adopted turn based combat for what ever reason so I will pass.
I think that is why I enjoyed the first game. I don't mind a bit of Jank (Played and enjoyed Elex and Elex II).

There is a real time system though according to the trailer, so you don't have to play purely turned based.

I wasn't aware of Studio issues. Hopefully it doesn't affect the final product. The last game from them I think was Steelrising which I still haven't played, although it is on my 'To play' list.
