So I have an issue where one of my dvi ports gives me noise over the line. I brought this up in someone else's thread and I thought I'd make a new post for it.
It's only one dvi port, I have determined it is the port and not the cable or the monitor.
Fans and other things near it make no difference. I have seen it before and thought it was a cable issue but I have changed the cable.
Card is not over clocked but it is quite old (5770) so I suspect it is on its way out.
It seems strange just one DVI port does it, I will try and use the hdmi as it is free and see if I get the artifacts still.
