green flashing blobs on screen (artifacts) which have i overdone

GTX 970 MSI gaming running latest drivers

other games it ran fine until battlefield 4 Im getting green blobs randomly flashing

do I turn down my memory or gpu??

Could be either. Snow is usually memory, but "blobs" are a new one to me. Try one at a time and see which fixes it.

Green blobs for me is normally the memory, checked black squares is the core clock.
