Bought two games where they did not provide a serial key, emailed them then they provided me with invalid keys - yes keys that DID NOT WORK, for both games.

I then got told they keys did infact work and that they were unused keys, infact got told a serial key was not required for one of the games which was a bit bizarre.

If they didn't have cracking deals from time to time I would never use them again.

Loads of people have "problems" with Steam but we all flock there

I've bought over a hundred games on Steam, not a single problem.

These guys just seem like amateurs.

Are teh serial keys your (Im assuming) inputting into steam actually steam titles?
Just because they provide you a serial key doesn't mean 100% that this will work in steam.

I too have bought from them a few times and had no issues.

What games were they?

They weren't steam keys, I downloaded them with the capsule client.

Real Warfare II and Nyxquest.

Ive used GMG before, only for Steam keys but they have been really good each time. Even at Xmas when the madness of the Steam Sale was on.

I think you had a bit of bad luck here - I've bought several games off them and they have been just as good as Steam for me....

But it was a very good idea to bring the topic up just so that people can see what the community feedback about them is like.

I've bought from them a fair few times with no issues. Great retailer.
