Ok, so the step-daughter made a meatloaf on Sunday. http://www.lifestylefood.com.au/recipes/14859/eds-mothers-meatloaf
Anyway, there were leftovers which were left on a plate covered with tinfoil and placed in the fridge. Last night we decided to finish off the remaining meatloaf, but when I cut it open all the onions within the meatloaf had turned green, obviously I thought twice about eating it, but why would the onions have turned green? Do you think it could have gone off so quickly?
When I watched Nigella cook this she later ate a piece which had been left in the fridge, but not overnight.
