Who drinks it and what is your favourite brand/flavours? I drink least 3-4 cups a day no other hot drinks.

To those who don't it has MANY health benefits just Google if you are interested.

Unite fellow green tea drinkers.

I didn't really, as I hated the stuff, but I managed to get through a box of it a few weeks ago when I was feeling a bit rough and bad stomach etc, seemed to settle it and kind of felt a little healthier and my body felt like it was flushed of toxins etc

Still not 100% keen on the taste.

I dont really know the brand sorry :p all I know it was green and it was tea

I don't dislike it but I almost always drink black. Until the health effects are properly studied (some studies show potential adverse effects from it) I am not swapping.

Don't drink green tea unless its sitting in a hotel room.

Been experimenting with teas lately though, drinking a lot of lemon and peppermint just now. Really good after or between meals!

Haven't touched coffee in about 2 months, I'm proud! The stuff sickens me now.

It is true, too much of a good thing is always bad caffeine etc is still present. Also differences between brands I know best green tea seems to be Matcha which is pretty pricey but it's prepared differently to other green teas and they use different part of the leaf I think.

I do not like green tea. For flavoured tea I only have Red Bush (Rooibos) leaf tea. It's caffeine free and has a few health benefits. Perfect tea before bed.

For all other times it's normal whittard leaf or pukka/assam etc.

Clipper Green Tea. Out of the other brands I've tried Clipper is far the best. I probably drink 8+ cups a day. Along with water it's the only thing I drink.

I find it funny how western people drink it as a health drink whereas in the far east it is consumed as any beverage, actually perceived like water.

Thirsty? How about some tea ? (referring to green tea, or black tea – no milk !)

Go to a restaurant, the waiter will ask what kind of tea you like, it is what you drink with your food. You can of course ask for beer or juice but tea is the de-facto choice.

You can buy all kinds of tea, bottled, like you can like coke in every corner shop.

I know it is full of anti-oxidents but that was never a reason to drink it for me. At work people drink green tea because of these benefits, then they go eat cake…or even have a smoke. Eh?

Jasmine green tea drinker here. I import it from Thailand or china though in decent sizes, works out much cheaper. Bought a nice little tea pot set from bangkok last month, I may make myself some now :)

Twinings Pineapple & Grapefruit Green Tea

And Tetleys Green Tea :D

Can't stand normal tea - its foul
