Greenfly/Aphids

I've got some Chili plants growing around the house and they keep getting infected with little green monsters, and tips on eradicating them? I've tried sprays, they work for a few days then they come back.

The spray I have says to only use 3 times

I tried dilute washing up liquid, didn't seem to hurt them at all.
