They had 4 positive tests in the previous round of testing and then additional positives in the latest round of testing.
The latest round must have returned enough positives for them to consider it an outbreak at the club and therefore postpone the match like the Newcastle one.

Even I relegated the arsenal match to my phone after about 10 mins, leeds game has been a great watch.
