Woohoo proper footy is back:D:D

Not really looking forward to our game on Sat but im hopeful we will get a result from the Villa game. But wouldnt surprise me if they do us over or we end up with a draw.

One thing is for certain, it could be a very hostile atmosphere at the Emirates if we dont get a good result from this game. Thank god we dont have it as tough as Utd:p.

Looks like Arteta could be out for 6 weeks due to a thigh injury :(, not good for us at all.

Gillingham away (also known as Brentford Reserves). First time in 20 years of going that I've been able to convince mates to come to an away game!

Monday is a complete write-off. Season doesn't start until next weekend for me. Excited about watching the other games though.

Can't wait for the new season. Can't believe we have both Arsenal and Chelsea within four days of each other though. At least we're getting the inevitable heavy hitter out of the way early on (away at Chelsea)...

HURRAY

Seems like forever for the prem to get going, got my tickets sorted for a day out to west brom again, though we'll probably loose.

WHY GILLINGHAM?!?! Went there in L1 and not only got rained on in the worst stand of all time but we lost and it's a dump...

So many better away days in L1!

Anyone know if MOTD will be on the iplayer this season?

It will be from midnight monday night.

I'd take alphabetical 12th for Newcastle already this season, awful transfer window and I think nufc will be bottom of the league on goal difference by Monday night
