So Kenedy avoids a red for a clear sending-off offence and Hayden gets a straight red for a challenge that should have been a yellow.

Ref's having a shocker.

He's been bad all game.

Mind the match is like Newcastle and Cardiff are trying to prove who the biggest shambles will be this season. Atrocious game

Hah!

Kenedy should have been sent off, so justice done.

One of the drabbest games I've watched in a long time, from two poor sides.

Kennedy is a decent player in terms of worrying teams because of his pace but he has absolutely no end product. Can't pass, can't cross, can't shoot, can't take pens, awful first touch. In what world is he your penalty taker anyway?

Mind it's probably justice as we were so, so bad today. If that's our standard we will go down with Cardiff as well as they are guff.

What is up with Benitez though, is he blind or stupid? Can anyone here not say they would have been screaming from the bench that Kennedy isn't to take the penalty and if you were a player with Kennedy playing like that can you not say you'd be looking at Benitez for instructions to make sure he doesn't take the penalty?

Any player having a game like that shouldn't take a penalty, full stop. Messi or Ronaldo have a game like that you don't let them take a penalty. How he was still on the pitch I don't know. Doesn't matter who you ahve on the bench in terms of names, if someone is playing that badly then everyone on the bench is probably better even if you play someone out of position.

Newcastle were going to be gifted a win in when they should have been down to 9. I didn't watch all of it, just bits, unless all 3 subs were used for injuries which I didn't think they were, then Benitez and every player is at fault for not preventing him taking it.

Even harsher as the handball looked like it was probably just outside the box. Cardiff... at home... to a Newcastle playing like that and they came within seconds of losing it. lol.

Hayden’s was definitely a red and had a much higher chance of injury than Kennedy’s kick out. Both were obvious reds

More entertainment in the first ten minutes of the Spurs game than in the whole of the Cardiff match.
