bolton were a bogey team for us in the past, i hope not on saturday! need to bounce back from our euro blip

looking forward to the utd villa game
 
Cant remember the last time we won at Villa park, must be getting on for 4 or 5 years now and although Villa are an absolute shambles of a team we're obviously not in great form either. I expect City to win their 3pm game so hopefully that'll be enough motivation for our players to just get over the line and get all 3 points

Given the midweek game against Basel where Carrick's suspended I reckon we'll go like this against Villa

I have cursed it now but..... I fancy our chances.

If we can play to a similar standard as we did against City/ManU a point is on the cards and if we have a bit more adventure I wouldn't rule out a win.

I honestly don't know where you stand with Chelsea at the moment. You're just as likely to roll them over 5-0 as they are you.. Could be a cracking game!
 
0-0 or 1-1 for me

Chelsea struggle at St James' Park at the best of times let alone the conflicting form both teams are in at the moment (Newcastle in great form, Chelsea in utter garbage form)

From Yahoo sport so it may not be right lol

In three of the last four games against Aston Villa at Villa Park, Man Utd have conceded first but have come back to win one and draw two. (The other match finished 0-0).
 
I said last week that we should roll over Fulham but we ended up drawing with them, which annoyed me greatly so against Wigan, you would think we would give them a spanking but i have a feeling they might well put out a win against us.

Saying that we were pretty knackered after our win against Dortmund last week so came up short against Fulham....hopefully this weekend we will be back to speed and Robin Van PERFECT can bag us a few goals, if not him it would be good if some of our other player ie Walcott and Gervinho chipped in with a goal or 2.
 
Love us to beat Fullham but with Lucas out im not as comfy thinking our midfield will cope at all.

Still should be able to win if we just attack from get go and put chances away even if we leak goals out score and win will do!
 
Looking forward to the game, the Gary Speed tribute sounds like a good way to remember a NUFC legend.

Based on both teams current form, we could do well out this game. However, like newts, I fear I may have jinxed it.

She will be attending the Leeds Tribute, so Newcastle's have been rescheduled till the Swansea game
 
Gonna be a very tough game tomorrow i think, Norwich have looked good in every game i have watched.

I think we will win, 2-0. But if the players go into this expecting a win then it could turn bad.
 
Can't say i have high hopes for chelsea against a fast moving toon team (fast from what i've seen on MOTD). Will be an interesting game for sure.
