hello i purchased the gtaiv pack this morning and everything went fine received steam code and in process of downloading the game. i also purchased the gay tony dlc for it however it tells me to run the dlc i need to activate the key on games for windows live.

is the ballad of gay tony and lost and the damned seperate games or do you need to have the full game installed???

so ballad of gay tony is a full download itself, i thought it was a standard dlc gor gta 4

It is DLC for GTA 4, but people don't tend to really "get" what DLC means.

DLC is just a means to describe the delivery method, not what the content does.

So The Ballad of Gay Tony is a stand alone expansion for GTA4.

How many threads do you need?

You could have clearly put your poor console ports question in here as well.

Perhaps PC gaming is not for you and now you have the Xbox back perhaps send the rig back if you can.

and how exactly could i have put the poor console ports question in here??? that thread was started the day BEFORE i purchased GTA4 so was impossible to add here. TBH i think in threads on a forum if people cant be constructive in helping people out then they should refrain from posting. mind you it does make a change from all the sexist comments on the other thread

The mods tend to watch whats happening, but there is a report button just below your name and info the little red triangle.
