Thanks. I did end up contacting them and they shipped my order. Having an absolute nightmare with DPD now instead.

Glad you got your OCUK order issue resolved, couriers are hit and miss depending on where you are in the country. Hopefully, you can get your hands on the item/s you ordered soon.
