A few minutes after I put my computer sleep the fans turn back on.

It's not awake - no output to monitors, but fans have come on

Anyone know why this might be, and how I can stop it?

Shutdown or sleep? Not sure exactly but there should be some options to turn off fans during sleep or something in the BIOS. What mobo is this? And are the fan connected directly to the PSU via a molex?

I said sleep, right? None of the fans are connected directly to molex, but a couple are connected to a controller that is connected to molex.
