I woke up last night, at 3am, with my dog trying to push me out of bed (as per nomral) and remember biting together hard, on a small bit of sand like object in my mouth. I think I just of chipped my teeth while I was sleeping/dreaming last night.
The night before, I woke up after I remember grinding my teeth together really very hard and woke up from the pain

Anyone else have this problem (not the dog kicking you out of bed) the teeth.
