Forums poster 'groen', and later 'anything I don't mind', was a bag of craziness cut short in his posting prime. A South African gent living in London and working in 1st and then 2nd line support (which he got fired from), groen was a staple but unstable part of my OCUK daily experience.

And now he's gone.

But let's not dwell on why he was terrible and almost certainly deserved a permaban, let's look at his achievements!

Achievements

* Argued against the moon landing and science with no hint of irony or understanding of physics, maths or basic logic.

* Terrified a Pret a Port server whom he stalked for several weeks before she requested a transfer.

* Repeatedly turned up to work late because he'd been drinking heavily the night before but his boss was at fault for having 'rules'.

* Got drunk, requested name change and was surprisingly appreciative of it.

* Infamously got banned from the Daily Mail website comments section (think about that for just a second) and was unsure why even though evidence suggested that his right wing/women are awful/FALSE FLAG rhetoric was too unsettling even for the crowd that enjoy reading the DM for exactly those reasons.

There's more, oh God there is so much more, but that's it from groen.

Good night sweet drunkard, loony-tunes prince.

But whose going to moan about their job now while we point out it's no wonder he's in a **** job after sleeping and generally doing as little as possible??

He will be on another forum somewhere, telliing the story of the dreadful conspiracy that got him banned from OCUK for trying to reveal the truth to a bunch of sheeple :D.

Didn't he start on someone on the train and then blame a women for not sticking up for him?

Let's not forget when he found a nice place to have an afternoon snooze in his server room...and he wondered why he never got on at work aye!

I know farewell threads aren't generally allowed but I think he deserves one. He was one of the few who convinced me he is actually not a troll but just totally crazy. I really hope he gets help somewhere.

Just on that, my understanding is that you cannot make your own farewell thread: I'm leaving, don't cry for me, I love you all, make me stay! etc.

I don't think I'm breaking any rules by posting a farewell thread to a true OCUK character.

He followed it up in a a separate post by explaining how MRA had some 'pretty good ideas'.
