Grommits or screws?

I want to mount 2 fans at the top of my case and am unsure which would be the best because i really dont want 2 fans falling onto motherboard/graphics card. Any suggestions?

I always use self tapping screws to install fans, but I only buy fans with rib corners, rib fans are the ones with a 25mm deep hole on each corner, 25mm hole is good because the flange fans version with holes just 5mm deep are easy to strip and damage the tread, I dont think the "vibration" factor is a problem unless the speed of the fan is very very high

Drill case mounting holes to 3/16-1/4" to match grommets, insert grommets (used to protect wiring from chaffing in metal holes) into holes and use a #8 panhead (round top) screws into fan just snug. Any tighter and rubber can't absorb vibration. These little rubber grommets separate all of screw and fan from case.
