Wish I could go back and do this without a severe hangover. Very emotional, eerie and solemn. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't been to make the effort to not only go to NYC (as it's an amazing city) but go and do one of the many tours around Ground Zero. Factor in 2 hours minimum for the museum - we had 90 minutes and ran out of time.
