Grounding my case?

I heard there is usually something to do with grounding on every PC case, like a metal tab or something?

I have a Silverstone FT02 and I think my mic might be picking up a lot of static because I'm not doing something to ground my PC.

How do I do so?

The case is grounded though the motherboard spacers isn't it?

AFAIK the whole system grounds itself down the earth wire of the mains lead out of the PSU - seeing as everything in there is connected to the PSU in one way or another

Correctomondo, everything should be earthed thru the PSU. If it isn't then something is seriously wrong... If you have a multimeter you can easily test how good your grounding is if you want to be sure...
