We have a domain set for the business and it comes with 5 free email forwards.
Until recently they all pointed to the same place but now as email begins to take over as the main method of communication I need to step towards all having separate mail boxes. When the need first appeared I just added a gmail account and pealed off one of the forwards but as i'm just about to do this again I wonder what we should really be doing.

We all run outlook on pop3 but some of the accounts could ideally be imap to keep track of whats going and coming between different devices and desks.

What do I need to be looking for?
