1. check you are running the correct voltage on your RAM
2. If you are running 4 sticks take 2 out and see if you still have issues
3. You say you are running at 800mhz on the RAM but have you lossened the timmings? If its C4 RAM run it at 5-5-5-23 and at 2T command rate (or whatever the gigabyte board calls it) also ensure you have ALL RAM performance stuff disabled
4. If non of that helps run memtest
If none of the above help and no errors on memtest then thats your RAM elemintated.. would also ensure that you do the following:
1. Set your PCI-E to 101
2. Try from 380 FSB up... test the stability at each MHZ you may just have an FSB hole on board
3. If you have anything else on the board (on board lan / sound etc...) then disable it in the BIOS
4. Does the board have two seperate 4pin connectors that need power? If so then make sure they are plug'd in
