Grrr firefox update (tabs)

FF just updated its self (23.0) and now it seems to be stuck in a single tab , i hate using tabs i just prefer a fresh window for each page,ive looked on the tabs section in tools>options but cant find an option to turn tabbed browsing off

any ideas ?

Open in New Tab is far better than a new window..Mine works in either.

Firefox has another hidden settings menu. type “about:config” in the navigation toolbar see if anything wrong in there
