Grrr, I can't get transcode 360 to work.

i am running Vista Premium 64bit Version and can't get Transcode 360 working at all, either streaming through the Xbox or even on the Desktop

Anyone tell me how to install this and what codec packs to install?

FFdshow is the only codec pack you should have.

transcode360 (vista) WILL NOT WORK on the media center itself. Only on an extender.

How bout you tell me the error message you are getting when trying to transcode a file.

goto C:\Program Files and set the Transcode 360 folder permissions to "anyone"

If you using Vista x64, then you may need the Vista Codec pack with x64 addons.

the error message is, "unable to queue video file for transcodig and streatming" this is on the xbox.
