Right just got off of the phone to Orange because the Camera App on my phone is not working correctly (Nokia N73) So was about to organise a replacement under my Orange Care Policy.
When the Man on the phone from Orange asked for my IMEI Number I gave it to him only to be told "That is wrong sir".!
So I said what you on about wrong ? You sent me a replacement in the beginning of February which was not working so you sent me another replacement out 2 days later you must have your handsets etc mixed up.
Well No, he says. We cannot help you as your IMEI number is wrong.
So I said to him, escalate the call then. SO now waiting for up to 24 hours for a call back from a supervisor to hopefully sort this out. Brilliant though isnt it. I am close to being able to upgrade my handset as well only to now find out Orange think I have a different phone to the one they supplied me.
God damn! Left hand not talking to the right!
Unless there courier who delivered it mixed the box's up ?
