Grrrr RA3

Getting so ****** off with RA3 and can't figure out where I'm going wrong.

Never had any trouble with older games like RA2 but, with this version, I just can't make any progress.

Whether playing skirmish or campaigns, I'm constantly running out of resources. There are usually a couple of ore points available which I stick refineries next to pronto but I always end up with no resources and struggling to produce enough units or defences in the face of an oncoming horde from the enemy and I end up getting overwhelmed.

I just tried a skirmish against an Easy opponent and it was a joke - they just kept throwing stuff at me and I couldn't produce units fast enough due to lack of resources.

What am I doing wrong?

haha i had the same problem, I'd have some slight trouble taking on single RA3 medium enemy, while on RA2 i could take on multiple hard enemies with ease. I didnt play much of RA3 after the first few days of it, eventually uninstalled because of disappointment with the game. Much prefer playing C&C Generals again.

i completed the campaigns easy enough and im no "pro". :s

Same thing happened to me, I thought it would just click after a while but it didn't. I just left it, it didn't grab me as the others had done It was a massive let down for me.
