Grrrr whats hapened to my new monitor....

So i got a Hyundai B91d the other day, it arrived dead pixel free (and i wasnt expecting that as i generally have bad luck). But it seems a nice monitor was destined to be mine.

It was all packed up in the box and sat in my car and when i got it out it has an incredibly faint brightness/colour change where the manual cd must have lead on top of it,some how causing the screen to balls up

Is there ANYTHING i can do?

Ive had it over 2 weeks as it only happened this weekend.

Its lighter where the cd must have been. I just dont understand why that happened

Is there anything i can do?

I'd just call them and tell them you havent had the opportunity to turn it on untill now, I know its not nice to lie but it sounds like it might have been packaged a bit badly maye? You will have a 1 year warranty at least. Its worth a try..

I said that i had only opened it a few days ago but even so they didnt think theyd be able to help me. They said for me to email them some pictures and theyll see what they could do.

My faith in Hyundai is pretty much knackered now.
