Valve's release times look good compared to the black mesa team. They should just release it without bothering with zen.

Least the BM team has an excuse lol as most of them have jobs, Think the project lead is the head of Art at Cryptic Studios.

All this talk of HL has made me want to play it all over again. Few questions though, I've got the original HL but should I buy HL Source instead for the improved graphics? I'm guessing it doesn't change the game in any way right? Also, I never played the two expansion packs, are they worth it?

Play HL:Source definitely. The games are identical apart from the graphics as you noticed.

The expansion packs are ok, but not on the same level as the original, Opposing force is better than Blue shift, I'd say play them if you can be bothered, skip them if you're not fussed.

Edit: Oh yeah, one more thing . What's CS:S Beta? I'm guessing it's obviously just CS:S but why do they have a beta up there now (unless I missed it before)?
