Hey guys,
my band got its first review of our debut EP and they labeled us as grunge revival. Though I would say we are heavily influenced by Grunge (Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice, Pumpkins) we also have a lot of other rock influences. I wanted to ask you guys if you agree with the review?

I would love to be one of the instigators for a grunge revival, but I really don't think we sound very grungey in style, I think we are more of a mishmash between different rock styles. However, Im willing to take the compliment!

This is slightly ahead of it’s time and nostalgic all at once. You see the grunge revival is not quite upon us yet. Strains of Nirvana and Pearl Jam run deep with Kenjiro but they have enough skill with melody to ensure that in this case the imitation really is steeped in flattery.
