I have been using my system with xmp profile "on" since the last spring without any errors. I decided to overclock my cpu and gpu. I managed to achieve 3.95ghz 1.44vcore with my ryzen 1600 then went for prime95 blend test. Small FFT test went perfect but when I switched to blend test it failed. I cannot get xmp profile work.

My system is written in my signature

Not every Ryzen can run at 3200mhz. Bump the DRAM voltage to 1.4v or drop the freq to 2933 and try again.

3200mhz is way above stock (by that i mean officially garaunteed) speeds. Normally, high speed ram and an overclock are just pushing things too far.

If im honest, ive never had much luck with high speed ram overclocking combined with an overclock. Just isnt worth the hassle (obviously if you get lucky and a good chip then things are easier).

1.44 vcore on Ryzen is too high, the maximum you should use is 1.425v with LLC0/Auto, it's the maximum AMD recommends to avoid degrading your chip in the long run.
If you haven't already, try setting SoC voltage to 1.1v and try 2933Mhz or 3200Mhz. I'm not sure if you have a kit with Hynix ICs or B-die, but if Hynix then you might not be able to get close to their rated speed on Ryzen.
