HZ. I think they have slightly looser timings but are good for 1000Mhz.
Just got mine, revision 0606 :)

From what i've heard about conroe, tight timings have less performance gain than higher speed/bandwith.

Totally correct however the last statement doesn't only apply to Conroe but to all Intel processors.
