What timings should I bet using for 1000mhz?
They're on 5-5-5-15-21 atm but whats best?

TRC is on auto and setting itself to 21 what would be better?

Is this the HZ you're using?

What voltage are you giving them?

Tras to 12, might not want to run 1 @ 500.
Also worth increasing TRCD from 3 to 4 and see if that helps. If you're running post 0506 sticks more voltage might get you there too, but wouldnt run above around 2.3 24/7 these things get toasty!

Have you tried working up from 400 @ 4,4,3,1(12) and seeing how far she'll boot or did you go for the jugular and shoot for 500 straight off?

FWIW, had a play with 2 GB HZ kits last week. Both run 460 FSB 4,4,3,12 one at ~ 2.2v and the other at around 1.9v. Pitty mine were the crapper clocking of the pair eh
