There are no standard aftermarket underseat exhausts for the GSXF650 that I know of but I'm sure a friend of mine should be able to help you out.
Mark Hill of MHP Exhausts will be able to design and make a custom underseat exhaust for you. However you will have to consider how the lights/numberplate etc are all going to mount. It's a bigger job than it sounds. There might be a tail tidy that can be adapted or you may need a simple ally bracket made up. Mark should again be able to help you with this design.

The front indicators and mirrors could be replaced with the GSXR mirrors and integral indicators but you'd then need to cover the holes left in the fairing by the old indicators.
