Gsync ultimate any good?

I currently have the first lg superwide monitor that came out. It's 34" 3440x1440p 60hz no gysnc or freesync.
Great monitor but it's on its way out. So I'm looking at LG latest models of the same size.
There's 2 to pick from one has gysnc ultimate and the cheaper one has bog standard gysnc but it also supports freesync.
I only play single players games so will probably limit it to 90hz which seems to be the recommended speed going by what hardware unboxed say for these type of games.

Strange on the lg website it has no mention of freesync. Hope your right as that's the monitor I'm after.
I wear headphones so the fan noise wouldn't bother me.
