I'm a little confused as to what your asking.
Optimus is all about battery life, not performance the idea being that while browsing , and using office etc and non 3d accelerated applications optimus uses the Intel graphics to save power and reduce heat and noise, but when you game it uses the nvidia graphics but it still has to pass through the on board Intel graphics.
Gsync requires a direct connection to the display from the nvidia graphics so typically laptops with optimus dont have gsync screens and only offer Gsync capability through an external monitor and ONLY if the dp and hdmi are a direct connection to the gpu.
There are a few laptops that offer both Optimus and just the Nvidia graphics but it requires a setting changed in the bios.
Personally, unless your looking for maximum battery life and gaming on the go from a gaming laptop then Optimus is pretty pointless these days. Gaming will still hammer the battery and modern Nvidia gpu's are pretty power efficient, and personally Gsync is something i couldnt do without , especially on a gaming laptop.
If you want Maximum battery life and only very basic gaming on the go then a gaming laptop is a poor choice from the start and many ultrabook syle laptops will do the on much better whilst giving you hours of battery life.
