So I just bought the above laptop the MSI GT73VR.... Great laptop amazing. Everything I wanted in one. Only problem is the sound.

Now everything worked great the audio was awesome. Until I updated windows 10 to the anniversary update. Now the sound is awful crackles and distorts so badly. Even low volume crackles and sounds absolutely horrible.
I also unable to open nahimic audio thing anymore. If anyone has any ideas please.

You can download the latest drivers from Here

If this happened after a Windows update then I would think it's more software than hardware. Try the update and if that does not work, I can send you details of our UK Support Centre

All sorted ty. I just thought I had bought the laptop from new and didn't think it could have been the drivers. But yes all ok now ty.
