GTA 3 in Unreal Engine 5 anyone?

Looks fantastic, hopefully with UE5 being said to be so easy to build with, we see more stuff come out as people get used to it. Ocarina of Time recently showcased how amazing that looks for example, too

It's a good starting point though surely. I mean previous to this we didn't really have this kind of showcase outside of GTA mod scene. I am hopeful at least anyway!
