Gta 4 problems with new vega 56 gpu i got

Hi there.

I just got a v56 and tried gta 4 and having issues. It gets tot he main menu i sort it with max detail at 1440p and tried with and without vsync on and as it finishes loading the level with the name in the bottom right corner i get black screened, i have some audio coming but the screen is black and also i think its turning my monitor off and on for some reason.

I tried deleting the cfg files but still no good. Does it not like this gpu or something? Rest of specs in sig. On win 10 latest btw, and latest amd drivers.

Don't run the game maxed as the performance will not be fun. Particularly heavy hitting is max shadows and the distance sliders.

I just finished playing all 3 games with graphical mods and much prefer it to GTA V.
