So going to give this another go as I don't rate it but maybe a second try will convince me but do you recommend any mods I should use to improve the experience

Most people will say ENB for the graphics, but I have seen all those pictures and have no idea why people think it looks good, most of them are just so bright or to shiny, or the cars kinda look OK then the shops/houses look rubbish etc.
