GTA 4 Stutter issues.

Hi guys, I'm currently having stutter issues with GTA 4. I recently put my 5870 and it stutters like mad on nearly any graphical setting! I never had this problem before with my 4870. My specs are i5 @ 4ghz, 8 gb ram, and I recently bought a new harddrive just to fix this problem because I thought it could be that on its way out :mad:

but as you can guess, theres no difference. Has anyone had the same prob? If so your help would be great

have you reinstalled Gta 4 ? NewAti Drivers?

i had problems with GTA just updated gfx Drivers i think, and it worked fine

Hi, yeh Ive reinstalled gta, and I made a fresh install of windows 7 to see if it changed anything. Ive used two sets of the ati drivers, 10.2 and the new leaked ones 10.3. both the same

After googling there seems to be a few with the same problem??

Forgot to mention, it seems to be mostly ati owners mentioning the same prob, think it could be poor driver support??
