not sure if you guys even play gta on pc let alone even wanna help me 
well here goes.
basically i installed a super vehicle mod pack, 138+ cars, yet when i play gta 4 its just one car i can see and buses and taxis all the time, theres no variety :S when i restart the game its another car but, its that same car all through out.
wondered if anyone had come across it or found a fix, im guessing its a file it common/data that deals with variety of cars.
