GTA IV achievements...

For some reason my account hasn't been unlocking all the achievements...i've unlocked one and i'm over 40% into the game

Any ideas why? Not really greatly bothered just seems strange.

I didn't get the museum piece achievement although i finished it legitimately

I haven't even looked at the achievements, I've just been plodding along playing the game. That must be a first for me

I've not had any problems unlocking achievements. Cheating disables certain achievements in that particular session. Once you turn your console off and reload that save you can then unlock that achievement that was disabled.

Agreed that this is an easy GTA game, but you can't beat a bit of cheating so you can go crazy.

I inputted some cheats when i first got the game, testing out weapons and cool cars but not on the same save no.

I've only got one achievment which was doing all the missions for jacob. None of the others have been unlocked :s

Cheating is fun. Obviously I don't proceed through the main storyline using cheats, I just like to cheat and then start a rampage

i never cheat in any game no matter how hard it is. GTA4 certainly isn't hard though although that lucky clover or clover leaf mission took the ****! must have died 8 or 9 times on the subway lol.

anyways.... i want my achievements

I have no problems with the achievements however I have gone pigeon hunting and it has not counted all the pigeons I have killed. I have killed something like 145 but the in game count is 123.
