Hey all, was going to put this in the GTA IV Mods & Tweaks but it hasn't been used in a while, so...
When I put any ENB on a clean install of GTA IV it crashes after the "copyright...is a work of fiction...blah blah" splash screen. Also, it doesnt have the ENB series text behind the splash screen. I have used quite a few ENBs before but this has never happened. I have recently done a clean windows install, so am I missing Net Framework or DirectX files or something?
