GTA IV failing to start?

Got a weird problem whereby GTA IV is failing to launch. It worked yesterday but today it gets as far as an empty command prompt window which appears briefly then nothing further.

Anyone got any ideas?

do you have rivatuner installed by any chance ?

Mine did this , i had to try and start it in offline mode.

do ctrl alt del and open task manager thing, i bet theres a process running.

just un install it and see what happens
i had problem on thursday not loading, i scoured goofgle tring to find solution, rivatuner issue popped up, so i tried it and it worked.
give it a go its worth a shot
let me know what happens

Ok might give it a go later if nothing else works. Thing is I need Rivatuner!

i see no other solutions here atm so i think this is your only hope
