GTA IV mods

Hi

What are the best mods to improve the game graphically etc.

Been watching a few Youtube clips and some of the footage looks really good compared to when i played it a while back.

There's a good one to improve the gameplay as well, it's called GTA: San Andreas. Basically what you do is buy GTA: San Andreas, install it, and then play that instead. Graphics are a bit pants though.

Will the above mod work with EFLC only? Don't have GTA IV but have the other 2 games.
