GTA:SA Steam version not opening.

I've installed the ENB graphics mod and now when I run the game I get an error message:

"This game is currently unavailable (application running)."

I've looked through task manager and can't see anything. Google isn't much help either. What can be done?

I just had that error with Crysis, I just shut steam down and restarted and it worked. Might work for you on GTA:SA

I've restarted my computer a few times and it's still happening.

try going into the games properties and verifying the integrity of games cache, ive had that error on a few of my games and doing that and a quick restart of steam usually sorts it out

I've just tried that and it didn't work. I'll try uninstalling it.

OK I've un and re-installed and it's still doing it. :S
