Thinking of firing up San Andreas again. Anyone reconmend some good mods for it? Such as high res packs, total conversions?

You can play around with the vehicle physics if you find that right file in the install and open with notepad, always good fun. I find it best to mod something which you can spawn with a cheat, so can test out the result straight away, played around with the dumper truck a lot

Sorry to go off topic,

but I just bought the GTA pack of steam and in San andreas my frame rates are not that great. They will go way down to 20-30s and it isn't very smooth at all :\. With GTA3 and Vice city they never drop below 60. I have the frame limiter off.

Anyone getting the same problem or is San Andreas not very well optimized?.
