GTA San Andreas v2.0 to v1.0 converter

I have just reinstalled san andreas but i have the v2.0. I need to convert it back to a v1.0 to install MTA.
There is a small program that does this, but i have totally forgotten where to download it from and can't find it anywhere. Can someone help please?

I was looking for something like this yesterday and ended up going with the far less legitimate route of acquiring a v1 exe.

Out of interest why do you prefer MTA to SA:MP?

I got bored of SAMP because there was nothing much to do, just running/driving/flying around and shooting people. If there was more to it then i don't know about it. I find MTA to be more fun.
