Gta V Gtx1080 1080p Stuttering

Finally Started Playing GTA V last night and during the bank robbery/getaway scene's the game was stuttering every few seconds

But then I got past that ie Franklin repo'ing the cars the game was playing fine

my settings are as high as possible as I thought the Card could manage it

My Pc is

i7-4790K
with Monitor BenQ XL2720Z

Gigabyte GTX1080 FE

I aren't Using VSync I'm Using Fast Sync

graphics card is the only card to be installed on PC

HDD its installed on is a 7200RPM Western Digital

according to Msi afterburner when it was Stuttering I was get 192FPS

Strudders ive got 16GB ram

ill take a look at the settings shortly

Turned FXAA off and played the next mission Repossess the bike and it played Smoothly

Played even more Seems Stable now and brilliant graphics wise
